With only four entrance stairs, it features no interior stairs. This unique 3 bedroom home accommodates 10 with two twins and a double bed in one room to fit all of the kids. The living room features a queen sofa beds as well for the weekend guests. There is two off street parking spaces in the rear as well as a gas grill for easy dinners. Close to 52nd street playground. Space is somewhat small for 6 people, for instance kitchen table seating for 5. The inside should have been cleaner - significant dust / grime buildup on ceiling fans and on top of mirrors. It didn't seem that the floors had been wet mopped all year. Also, of concern is the lack of smoke alarms as required in bedrooms and the hallway. Two alarms had been removed / were missing.

5328 Central 1st floor. Love the property! My only wish would be that the washer/dryer was inside the house rather than the outside, but it's not a dealbreaker.

There were a few issues—no light in fridge, no light bulbs in a few other lights, sliding door didn’t slide, smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason, cookware was dated—but Berger and owner took care of them. Beds were comfortable and we had a relaxing week !

The property is very nice and we really appreciated the landlord/owner offering a bottle a wine for staying in their home. It was very thoughtful. The only thing I don't like about the rental is that the washer and dryer are out in the garage area rather than in the condo.

Carol, whose last name I cannot recall, I apologize Carol, went above and beyond, even meeting us at the Acme at night since we were a late rental. We will use Carol anytime we need an agent at the shore.
