The house is in an awesome location. The interior is very nice and big. We loved sitting and looking out over the ocean. We would love to rent this house again.

This property is fantastic! The location was our primary focus, and being able to see the ocean from the deck, living room, and kitchen was outstanding.
The common areas were really comfortable and served us well. The bedrooms are adequate, not luxurious, but that was fine for us.

Rental was fine but extremely dirty. Most definitely had not been cleaned between renters, previous renters trash, linens, dishes still in unit. Also missing outlet covers in bedroom.

Fantastic location! This was my 3rd visit and I'm scheduled for next Spring and Fall as well.
Owner/property manager very responsive and cooperative.
When we checked in, the place even smelled clean!

The house is beautiful. Perfect location. There are some electrical issues, that concerned me. For example, when you plugged in the vacuum cleaner all the rest of the power dimmed.
