Tons of upgrades for 2025!One of our favorite things is not needing a car very often unless you want to head to the boards or the center of town.We are constantly adding amenities as well. This season was upgraded kitchen appliances and great room furniture.Next season we hope to add a large beach cart to save you cart rental money and make your trips to the beach much easier!Hopefully some additional upgrades kitchen furnishings (larger table to accommodate 10 easily) and some other possibilities to enhance your overall experience.We are always looking for suggestions to try and improve our property to offer better value to you.

Were listening! Upgraded furniture in living room and bedrooms. All 5 TVs (living room and 4 bedrooms) are now streaming tvs and have YouTube tv for all local channels.To as of upgrades for 2025!We do our best to maintain the quality of our mattresses for comfort and all are relatively new.Some mattresses are geared more for children (in the gray room) so they may not be as comfortable for larger adults (to be fair) but every room has beds for adults as well.Tks for your input!

The sliding door to the deck was very hard to open and close. Some of deck furniture is pretty shabby. Appliances in kitchen are dated. Shower curtain hooks kept falling off. Very convenient location. Quiet house. Perfect size for large family. Carport, outdoor shower and storage was ideal. Thanks for asking.

Just learned we could respond to reviews and wanted to update. New sliders were put in the deck doorsDeck furniture was upgraded to add new large table under roof. Corner deck cafe table with umbrella and ocean views. All kitchen appliances replaced with new larger stainless frig including ice maker, water filtration for frig and sink. Newer dishwasher and brand new 5 burner range/oven in 2024. Also added an air fryer. Both bathrooms were totally redone.Premier bedroom is now walk-in. Great room has been totally redone and upgraded flooring, furniture, etc.Thanks for the review as we always want to keep improving the experience and value of your stay.See listing for addtl value added amenities!

Bathroom - new tub, new vanity, tile in shower and flooring.   With access from both the front and rear parking area, the property includes a washer and dryer in the unit.   Only a short drive to Wildwood or Cape May. Take a trolley ride to Ocean City's family friendly boardwalk.
