Suggested amenities for 2911 Asbury Ave: hooks in bathroom for towels, swimsuits. Trash cans in bedrooms. To minimize morning light in bedrooms, provide extra window coverings. Provide area rug and coffee table in living area.
Suggested amenities for 2909 Asbury Ave: provide coffee table in living area. Not sure about hooks for towels, swimsuits in bathroom but always nice to have as many as possible.

The property was OK. Good location, but the home was in need of minor maintenance. TV in living room only worked for the 1st day. Over the oven microwave did not work but there was a counter model provided to be used. Coffee pot was in poor condition (functional but in need of replacement). Sliding door to front patio had to be reinstalled numerous times during my stay. Gate from front patio to Asbury Ave. is in need of repair or replacement. In my opinion, property rental seemed to be overpriced relative to quality of the home.
