Unexpected surprise based on pictures. Would rent again. Wish there were tv’s in all the rooms!

There was a mold issue in basement ceiling caused by a leak in master bath sink. I contacted Chris the first day and he notified owner right away. Owner rep came right out, but didn't "fix" mold problem for several days.

House was great. A few suggestions. Hangers in the closets would have been helpful. Coffee maker did not work and kitchen sink was clogged. Otherwise clean and location was terrific.
