Chris is a very nice , personable and knowledgeable realtor. I enjoy working with him each year and am looking forward to next year. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather was not the best. We did have a problem with ants this year,but I think they were trying to get inside because of the rain. Hopefully, next year will sunny and warm. Louise Keefer

We have worked with Trish for almost 10 years, and rent 3-4 weeks a year in OC with her. She is excellent, makes and honors commitments, professional and very competent. We've had a couple of rental issues over the years, not due to her, but issues with the properties, and she is very responsive and thorough in fixing them.
