This is a great rental! The only thing it lacks is an outside / enclosed shower. That would help so much with the sand being dragged in. We loved the new porch furniture.

Our family had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The views from this property are amazing and of course the location is great too. It would be nice if you could see the views when seated in the living room! Also, we loved the large porch (and of course the views from the porch) but it was unusable during the middle of the day due to the direct sun. Would be nice if there was a retractable awning or some way to shade the porch to make it more pleasant all day long during hot summer days. Otherwise, a great place and a great vacation!

We have been renting in Ocean City for many years and we have always rented through Berger Realty unless we stayed at one of the Boardwalk Hotels. We typically rent at Ocean 17 but our family has grown out of most spaces in that complex. The unit we tried on the Boardwalk across from the Music Pier was fantastic. A terrific location, well cared for unit and easy access with parking provided us a wonderful Ocean City week. Monica Raab did a nice job of coordinating our rental and corresponding via email when needed. As a manager of a 110 agent real estate Brokerage firm in Michigan I know how hard agents work and Monica is no exception.
