Love the lay out of the property, very clean inside, 2nd floor unit had children upstairs so you always heard them running early mornings and at different times throughout the day. Previous rentals we never heard other tenants at different locations. That wouldn't deter from renting again, but just wanted to mention it. Overall was satisfied with the rental.

Thanks for the feedback! Understand the "upstairs noise" factor. The Good News about our 1st floor unit is that it's just 3 steps up from the sidewalk level and then no further stairs within the unit. Very convenient.

Property was super clean, great location, furniture and beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. It’s obvious the owners take care of their property and want their tenants to have a good experience.

Everything was great once we resolved the electronic lock on the rental. The owner apparently had some issues programming the lock and the keys provided did not work in the lock. I went to the office on 17th street on Sunday and receives two keys that worked. I was told that the lock programming was fixed but it was not. Used the keys the rest of the week

The programming error was my bad; apologies. The electronic keys are soooo convenient when you head to the beach, or if one member of the party needs to return to the house for something! (enough stuff to carry, already.....)
