There are two boat slips and a boat lift with 65 feet of lot frontage facing the water. This is the perfect place to watch the Night in Venice boat parade. A chair lift is included on the main stairway. The upstairs has a game room area with a pull out sofa. The downstairs office area comes with another pull out sofa. The second family room downstairs has a bar with an ice maker, TV, and bay views! The opportunity to rent a single family home on the bay, with multiple boat slips, does not come up often. If you are bringing a pet, a pet fee will apply. Boat slips and lift are for monthly or seasonal tenants only and an additional fee and security deposit will be required to use the slips.
