My home is located at the South end of Ocean City and the boardwalk is at the the North end....10 minute drive away.

The South end of Ocean City is considered the quiet end because it's a short drive away from the boardwalk. Ocean City is a 'dry' town...no bars...which keeps Ocean City a great family resort. Only drive 15 minutes either direction to another town for nightclubs and bars. 25 Minute drive to Atlantic City.

This first floor unit is great for people with mobility issues or people who dont like to climb stairs.  It is just 3 stair steps from sidewalk to living level.

Corsons Inlet State Park is a few blocks away.  On July and August Tuesdays at 9 AM and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM take a guided beachwalk at the 59th Street entrance.  Sack OSubs, Mallons, A la Mode, Aneu, Boyars Market, and Mikes Seafood are a short walk away.
