In unit 19, the sofa bed is really unsleep-able, so it should not be considered in listing how many people the unit holds. We complain about this every year in hopes it will be fixed. Also, the outlet out on the deck gave my son a shock, then smelled like smoke. Just a heads up for the owner. Unit 21's sofa bed is also extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps tenants should be warned and told to bring extra padding. There was a horrible smell in the kitchen area that I saw the tenants before us complained about. It took me days to figure out where the odor was coming from. I had to scrub in and under the refrigerator. It was gross! Aside from those things, everything was fantastic! Thank You

This lovely unit is decorated so that you feel like you are at the beach!  The unit has a family room, kitchen, bath and bedroom.  It is located on the second floor across from the elevator and just a few steps away is the common deck and laundry room.  Across from the 1st floor lobby is your parking space, the pool and the outside shower.  The ramp to the boardwalk is  few steps away offering restaurants, stores and much more. The beach is across the boardwalk and the water park is across the street.  This unit is "super convenient & close to everything!"
