This is a beautiful rental. Best part…NO STAIRS. It would be perfect for someone with mobility issues. Space was good. Driveway allows for two vehicles. Location was perfect…very walkable.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and well maintained. The location was great. The only negative was being on the first floor you could hear people walking above but it was not enough of a problem to not use that unit again.

The property was nice but we were disappointed with the front and side porch. It was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this summer.

I was a little surprised that it seemed dirty when we got there. The trash bags weren’t changed and food particals where still in them. The cleaning people just dumped the food out but reused the bags and it made it smell like fish. There was a dirt pile swept into the closet and the showers weren’t wiped down and seemed dirty. But other then that we loved it! Just a cleaning crew issue I think. Just wanted to mention it. Our rep was excellent and she was easy to work with. :) Berger is very organized. Impresssed.

We had a great time and enjoyed very much our stay in Ocean City. We were disappointed that considering the price we paid, we still had to provide dish detergent, soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Not that we expected a full weeks supply, but at least enough for a few days would have been nice. We have rented from several other properties and these amenities were always included. We also thought more kitchen supplies should be provided. We couldnt find a bowl to put a salad in.
For the most part we were very pleased with our stay.
