800 Plymouth Place is a concrete structure built in 1909. Major remodeling and upgrades took place in 2017 with an attempt to preserve the original look and feel. "Camelot" is a beach block property and is conveniently located close to the downtown shopping district, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce and volleyball courts, amusement rides, and water slide. The wrap around porch ensures breezy relaxation and includes a picnic table for outside dining.

I was lead to believe the one parking space was the driveway of the property. I was disappointed that it was a few blocks away. But then again it was better than now at all.

Great location. Needs better parking. Needs more storage in bathrooms especially in the showers (no place to put anything like shampoo bottles.

Beautiful unit,amazing kitchen. Not the place for you if you have difficulty with stairs. No railing on outside stairs to entrance on second floor. Parking space 2 blocks from house, though it was an easy walk to beach and boards, and downtown.

The property was well maintained and clean. The owners lived below and were very nice. The website advertised a parking spot but what it did not note is that the parking spot was over 2 blocks away. With 3 small children (1 infant) this created stress for us. We were able to park out front on the street as the owner saved us a spot upon arrival, however we weren’t able to leave for the remainder of the week for fear of losing the parking spot. This may not be a big deal for some but should be clarified in the rental description for those who may have young children or physical limitations.
