Brandon Howell was very responsive to an issue we had with the door lock. He returned my call immediately and personally came to the property to repair the lock and made new keys.

This rental property needs to be updated and properly cared for. The couches were very old and uncomfortable, there were various pieces of furniture that were broken, there was an ant problem in the kitchen when we arrived, the back door was broken and didn’t lock, there was not proper silverware in the drawers. The beds were very comfortable and the A/CB worked great.

The location was great. Layout good. Wasn’t cleaned properly. Food in sofa bed, oven dirty, mold on shower curtain. The couch was very uncomfortable. No lamp in living room, just overhead light/fan.
