This unit had a short walk to the beach and lots of stores restaurants ice cream and the playground. It was the perfect size for two to four people. We were disappointed with the inefficient air conditioning and ice maker but we made do.

Furnishings were "tired" and well used. We set the AC unit at 77 or 78 and it was on a lot but not producing much cool air. Looked like it was a very old unit.
