There are four exterior decks to choose from - 2 north facing and 2 awning-adorned south facing. Some with shade, some with sun, and some with cabana lights to enjoy the evening air. You%u2019ll love the rooftop deck! The common area has new Carrera quartz counters, stainless appliances, banquette seating, and a very realistic custom electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with many convenience items; a citrus juicer, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, spices, cleaning supplies, trash/recycle bags, etc. The bar cabinet includes wine storage, tools, and glassware to make fabulous cocktails while on vacation! All bedrooms have TVs, are stocked with extra pillows, extra blankets, and quilts that are laundered at each turnover. There is even a quiet reading nook to sit and take in any of the numerous %u201CBeach Reads%u201D found in the library. Games, puzzles, DVDs, and DVD players are all included. On-site parking is available for two cars, 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The host provides 3 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, 3 beach carts, and beach toys. Washer and dryer are included. Feel free to utilize the outdoor shower when you return from the beach, as it has complementary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. You will find this property to be exceptionally clean, well kept, conveniently close to the beach/boardwalk, and stylishly decorated. Bring your own towels/pillowcases/sheets. No pets/smoking please. No senior weeks. Sorry, no elevator.
