Very short walk to Brown's and one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard station & restrooms. Master Bedroom has king bed/linens and private bath, and opens to a large covered deck. The front covered deck has a porch gate; owner also provide  strollers, bed guard, Pack n Play & high-chair.  Off street parking for 2 vehicles, enclosed outside shower.  Beach gear supplied by owner includes tags, chairs, cart and umbrella! Weber propane gas grill and other amenities and extras.

Located in the quiet North End of Ocean City, just one block from the beach and boardwalk, this two-story upper cottage offers the space and feel of a single-family home while keeping you close to everything that makes an Ocean City vacation special.

Spread across the second and third floors, the home is especially well suited for families and groups who want plenty of space to be togetheror spread out. There are four spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, private deck, and ensuite bath with a walk-in glass shower and double sinks. The additional bedrooms include a second king, a queen with an adjoining bathroom and walk-in glass shower, and another queen. A separate den/playroom provides additional sleeping space. The third full bathroom features a ceramic tub, especially convenient for families traveling with little ones.

The open living and kitchen area gives everyone a comfortable place to gather for meals, games, or relaxing after a day at the beach. An oversized kitchen island provides plenty of room to gather, while four decks offer additional space to enjoy the outdoors. One of our favorite spots is the third-floor deck, where you can grill dinner on the built-in gas BBQ and enjoy the sunset.

What we love most about this home is the combination of location and space. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk in minutes, with plenty of restaurants nearby and some of our favorite Ocean City treats just a block awayincluding the famous Browns Restaurant on the boardwalk for their donuts and Annies Carousel for ice cream. At the same time, you can come home to the quieter atmosphere of the North End.

Theres plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together without feeling like youre on top of one anothersomething we think makes all the difference when vacationing with family and friends

With a main house AND separate studio cottage, this property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The beautifully restored main house includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. The house also has a spacious and relaxing outdoor area with a pergola and dining table for outdoor meals. A few steps from the main house is a bright studio cottage with pullout sofa, kitchenette, dining area and full bathroom. This is perfect spot for the grandparents or grown kids who want a place for themselves. Behind the cottage is a small storage area and outdoor shower. 

The home is beach block and only a short walk down a quiet street to the beach, boardwalk, and OCBP Lifeguard Station.
