Great location and enjoyed being on the ground level with the front and back deck accesses. Removing carpet in the bedrooms would give a more updated feel and help with the smell that can occur. Overall, it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 which includes 2 young children. I will consider renting this ace again.

Property met expectations. However, I will not rent 3108 Wesley Again. I did not care for the tandem parking setup. I parked on the street all week. I did not appreciate being awakened at 6:15AM Saturday morning and asked if I was parked behind the their car. It apparently belonged to someone not even renting any of the units in 3108.
