The property was clean, but it is in need of attention. Sliding sceen doors do not slide (common problem at shore) but also the screen was torn. Porch furniture is so rusted, one leg broke where the rust was bad. Mattress in bunk room is lousy. I have stayed in other places, same area, same size, same price that are in better shape.

We liked this rental…good location very quiet. Some renters complained about lack of wine glasses. There were plenty of glasses and dishes and silverware. The pots and pans were old but serviceable. Beds were comfortable except for the kids beds which could use new mattresses . We used a memory foam to cushion. Overall we liked this rental.

Very disappointed with outdoor furniture. Not comfortable and old- Needs updating. Unit not very well stocked- Only 2 wine glasses, not a lot of flat wear, not many pots/pans. Excellent A/C. Convenient location

Unit needs some TLC. Cleaning was adequate but not great. Bathrooms were clean, counters wiped, unit vacuumed. But many things had not been cleaned in months. Window sills and blinds were dusty, chair legs were very dirty. Kitchen was not greatly equipped. Needs comfortable furniture to sit on.
