Rental property needs a bit of attention. Someone should clean the door leading from garage to foyer--it's filthy and disgusting. Carpets in the stairwell are very worn and need replacing. And basic supplies--toilet paper, specifically--should be in each bathroom when renter arrives. NO cable in the bedrooms--very disappointing to my family.

overall good but there were some issues with the place - door to deck didn't lock which was not safe, lights out on kitchen stove, a lot of ants in kitchen area and stained mattress in one of the bedrooms

Our Berger Agent, Bruce Bryde, always responded to any emails in a very timely manner and he was very thorough and went above and beyond our expectations. He met with us and allowed us to visit some rentals we were interested in for 2016. He was very professional and personable. We look forward to our 2016 vacation at the new rental location he has helped us with. If we could afford it we would definitely buy property in Ocean City.
