Brand new bathroom with walk-in shower, large separate living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Open front porch and outdoor shower.

This ground floor rental (at street level under the front porch of the main house) features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a downtown location within walking distance to Asbury Ave. retail shops as well as the beach and boardwalk. New bathroom with walk-in shower, separate living room with sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Shared outdoor shower.
