Only issue with the property would be the parking. Please tell the owner that part of teh building next to him can damage his car/steps to his property. They need to nail the wood to the building. Many benifits outway the parking. (Next to the boardwalk, abundance of lighting, Hardwood floors, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, etc..)

Nearby Properties

This lovely unit is decorated so that you feel like you are at the beach!  The unit has a family room, kitchen, bath and bedroom.  It is located on the second floor across from the elevator and just a few steps away is the common deck and laundry room.  Across from the 1st floor lobby is your parking space, the pool and the outside shower.  The ramp to the boardwalk is  few steps away offering restaurants, stores and much more. The beach is across the boardwalk and the water park is across the street.
