Our property definitely needed work. The indoor showers had duct tape patching holes, the microwave didn't work and would not shut so the light was on the whole time we were there, doors wouldn't lock, door handle to front porch came off in my hand, many light fixtures did not work, either bulb was out or outlet didn't work, and the ANTS were all over the countertops.

The rental location was a perfect 10+, the unit itself while nice is definitely in need of some attention and a little pride of ownership. Still a great OCNJ Vacation
