Living room has AM/FM amplifier & CD player with ceiling speakers and you continue to enjoy the music when you go onto the front deck with mounted speakers and pull down privacy shades and a dinette set for six. Enjoy summer breezes on the large rear deck with its full awning (and dinette set). Off street parking for two vehicles and enclosed outside shower. This unit is toddler friendly with high chair, pack n play strollers and high chair. Beach gear provided by the owner includes tags, chairs, cart and umbrella! Propane gas grill, and other amenities and extras!
