Like many properties I've stayed at in Ocean City, there are a small handful of things that feel a little dated, but this was hands down one of the nicest, most well-managed homes I've stayed in. The owners take care of the property, have plenty of dishware, cleaning supplies, and the furniture is pretty comfortable, which is a lot more than I can say for other properties.

I have vacationed in OC 63 years. Cannot remember how many years we have rented from Berger but it has been a long time. Trish is outstanding!! She is one of a kind and that is meant in the positive way. Berger is fortunate to have an asset such as Trish on staff.

Just finished our 4th year at 2023 Central, 2nd fl. The property has fit our family perfectly and the owners have done a great job of providing all necessary things plus more than most provide. Colin helped me out earlier this year and was very responsive when I was looking for a short term place in Feb. I've known the Berger name for years. Been coming to OC since I was a little kid. Even though we live right on the Delaware Bay, there's nothing like a week 'at the shore'. Thanks!
