We were very happy with the property. Suggestions would be to have a few more things that are convenient for guests, such as an iron and ironing board, fire escape ladder, first aid,
kit, matches, measuring spoons and cups…. A few basic things were missing.

The overall space is very nice, I gave the property a low score because the king bed in the master bedroom is not usable. It is a combination of odd waterbed and misshapen cut foam covered by a mattress pad. We made it work with the other two bedrooms but it cramped the vacation. Book elsewhere until the bed situation is fixed and make sure to ask your agent if it has been replaced.

We could not access the 5th street beach and the 6th street beach is the surfing beach so the location was detrimental.

The rental was great, our only problem was that the porch railing was in disrepair (posts were detaching from top and bottom rail - looked like they were just getting old) so we had to keep the kids from going out there. 812 6th Street 2nd. Thanks!
