Location is great. There are minor improvements that could be made. This is our second year renting the unit. Both years the hinge on the dishwasher door did not work properly. The old thermostats aren’t used and the covers were removed. They are very unattractive. The master bath could have another towel bar. Vents on mini splits were dirty.
Overall the property is great. Just some details that would put it up another level.

For a property marketed as “completely remodeled”, it very much fell below standard. My biggest complaint was the house high humidity of the house. Everything, especially the bedrooms always felt wet, the smell could be picked up outside the home, and no matter what we did make it more comfortable, nothing worked. The property owner must be aware as there were old “Damp Rid” dehumidifier jars in all of the bedrooms. They did not work. I really think this should be disclosed prior to renting. Lastly, the house is in desperate need of a deep clean!

The property is in a great location to the beach for its weekly rental price and has all the accommodations our family requires for the stay.

The unit could use a deep cleaning. We rented the end of the season and there were areas that were quite dusty. There were at least three packets of the flyers/coupons that are given out when checking in cluttering the living room and kitchen drawers.
The closet in the master bedroom had several comforters and a box fan in it. This didn’t give us room on the floor for our shoes etc.
The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but there wasn’t space to put our food (cereal, snacks, etc) for the week.
We have rented several years through Berger. Not sure we would pick this unit again.
