Our house was very nice it was very tastefully decorated very spacious and much cleaner than many others we have rented. It was well stocked for our family!! The view was so beautiful we loved the location!! We definitely will make that our go to home every year as long as we can afford to do so. The only thing that was disappointing was that we couldn’t use the gas grill or fire table. My husband and I have been renting from Kevin since we were dating and I have been coming to OC since I was born my parents who are no longer with us came there since they were dating!! We love everything about OC it’s our home away from home and Kevin has become a good friend of our family!! Thanks for a great week!!

Cyndi is so spot-on efficient. We love this property but need a different week next year. The owners do need to tend to clearing out kitchen drawers and cabinets, garage, cleaning supplies etc. Berger is a 5 with us!

Very clean and well equipped home. Comfortable furniture. The decks are great and the bathroom on the first floor is very helpful. Plenty of parking. Minor faults: Some windows and blinds didn't work right, and dirty, smelly carpet in stairway.

The picture of the place looks great but when u actually arrive one often finds the place is much more “worn” looking ...carpets stained and upholstery dirty... bedding washed but stained... pillows with saliva stains...kitchen non-stick pans so scratched they can’t be used.
