Excellent condition, very good amenities. A small amount of work is likely to maintain this property's excellence. Very expensive but I am very likely to rent again. Small things listed below.

We've stayed at this location a few years ago and loved it. But now that it has a new owner, it was a little disappointing. I think when you book in early June, the home should be stocked and ready for the season. We experienced dead batteries in the remote controls, light bulbs needing replaced, no shower head in the outside shower. Porches were filthy and needed pressure washed. Kitchen had the barest of necessities. No dish soap, no stopper for the sink, to do dishes, can opener was broken. For the amount we paid per night, these things were annoying. The owner did take care of shower head and offered to reimburse us for batteries and light bulbs. For the price, beach tags would have been nice.
