Cute 2 bedroom 2nd floor property, ideal for your vacation. Entrance is on the north side of the building towards the rear. Deck is on the rear of the building not on the front. On the ocean side of Asbury so you only need to cross Central Ave. to get to the beach. Very nice location for your family vacation. You can take a stroll to the local ice cream shop or for a bite to eat. Just a short drive down to the boardwalk or for some downtown shopping. Come to Ocean City for some sun and fun.

We stayed in this property in 2019 and had no issues. However, this time was a different story. It doesn't seem the property is being maintained. All the a/c units had the "clean filter" light on and smelled musty; the unit in the living room was so loud we could not use it. It appears there has been a roof leak and the bathroom ceiling has several moldy areas on it. The carpets had a lot of dog hair on them. The vacuum was so packed with dog hair I had to take the canister apart to clean it and then we vacuumed up another full canister of dog hair. We would not rent this property again.

I didn’t see the place before I rented. Was not very nice. No parking place. Toilet did not work properly. Shower handle seemed about to come off. Window air so noisy you couldn’t hear tv. No side tables in bedrooms electrical hazard when you walked in. Dingy sofa well worn switches that didn’t work for anything.

The place was perfect since we had a our dog with us. I would have liked the carpet to have been cleaner an floors. Other than that I was happy with our week.

The property was just as described. It is a smaller place, sleeping six, but it met our needs wonderfully. Very close to the beach and minutes in the car to other attractions.

This place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. The main thing I would have fixed was the master bedroom door. It stuck really bad and was noisy to unstick.
