Very outdated and old furniture, even the pictures on the wall were old(easily could be replaced from Thrift stores).
Unit was clean.Beds decent.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and not a bad walk to the town attractions. Check in/out was very easy and streamlined. I can see why my friend recommended Berger Realty.

We really enjoyed our week at 408 22nd Street, 1st floor!! It was a little expensive, but suited our needs very well-- 2 short blocks from a beautiful beach, clean, comfortable, roomy. The door to the outside laundry room was tricky to unlock and lock a couple of times. And it would be nice to have new plastic hangers in the clothes closets... The wire hangers were old, bent, and even rusty. Small problems in an overall lovely place. Thanks!!
