Sliding door handle broke while moving in, screw was stripped.
Top rack of dishwasher was broken, difficult to load. Otherwise house was good, great location

I have been dealing with Monihan for years. My broker retired. I dealt with the new broker for a few hours with no luck. I called Brandon and 5 minutes later we were confirmed.

If you have a family with children, this unit has a good location and layout. 5 min walk to beach and across from Kessel's Korner, yum. It's appropriately furnished for all your entertaining needs. The kitchen was well stocked minus food storage containers. Not sure if previous renters took them or if they were never there - we used plastic wrap over bowls for any leftovers. We rented the unit during first week of shoulder season, so the unit was in need of some cosmetic repairs. We found the cleanliness below average - the owner needs to hire a better cleaner, or the cleaner needs more time between renters. I know almost every OCNJ rental turns over on Saturdays, but previous units we've rented have met or exceeded cleanliness expectations.

Great location. Plenty of storage, kitchen stocked with everything you need. We have rented this property before and it was nice to see the owners have put time and money back into the rental.
