After all these years (probably well over 20), the property feels like "home". It is well kept and when we walk through the doors, all is right with the world. We try and take care of it as we do our own residence or desk (this from someone who has had the same desk for 45 years)!!! It is in a great location. If we have found something wrong it has been taken care of. This year we found a loose knob and twice purchased a new one to replace it with and both times lost our purchase (once in a Ta Dah bag)!!! So much for being helpful!!!!

Been renting through Jeff Haas for as long as I can remember. He is professional, helpful, friendly and at this point is as much of the Ocean City experience as the time itself!! I've been renting this particular house for well over 20 years and they are likewise accommodating...and this year in particular we were glad to be in such a well taken-care-of house. Hopeful that I will be doing this many, many more years and with Jeff...for Jeff has been with us through happy and sad times but coming over the bridge and getting my key from him and knowing I am in Ocean City always restores my soul!!!

Place was nice and clean. The complaints I have are the smoke alarms were not checked and went off in the middle of the night because the batteries expired, also the sofa had an odor which was pretty bad .

OK...this is telling...we have been using Jeff Haas for over 30 years to get our rental...referred by a friend's mother!! He is great...Berger is great...and we have sent others to this agency. Life in good if you are in OC. I turn another year older every year I am there and it is still the best time of the year!!!!!
