The house was great and we really appreciate the effort the Cyn and the owner put into resolving the electricity issues that we had at in the beginning of the week. We had a great time all in all.

Our place was very nice as far as the space and all the convenience of home. It was conveniently close to the beach, which we loved. Beds were comfortable BUT.. it wasn’t as clean as it should of been. Floors were so dirty our feet were black and dirty towels and socks hung behind doors and a moldy bath mat in the king bedroom. Probably wouldn’t rent again because of this issue.

My parents were home owners from 1960-2008. We sold the property in 2008. We knew Berger from our years in OC. We have been renting the same property for 3 years and hope to continue to do so. We are not financially able to consider buying at this time.
