I did not visit this property before renting it as it was last minute. i went by the photos and the comments on website - this property was NOT Updated, it was dirty, no one cleaned prior to our visit, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, stained furniture, etc.... would NEVER rent this property again and i wold suggest website be updated to reflect current situation.

This is the third year we rented the same house. I am not sure we will rent it again. It was getting a bit "threadbare and tired", not as clean to start( the coffee machine was not emptied and filled with mold, for example). Nothing outrageous, but it might be time to look for another house!

While we enjoyed the beautiful Bay view, and the size and location were perfect, the property does need work.
At the price, we expected an older property, however electrical outlet cover plates were missing. The deck outlets didn't work. The cover to the 240v AC connection was missing on the deck within easy reach of a child. The smoke detector in main area was missing. Door was off in laundry area and leaning in bedroom closet. Some blinds were broken.

everything was old and broken. washing machine closet was broken, the floor matt's trashed. bed's and pillows old.

We've rented the same property for many years, but it has been a few years since we've been back. We were surprised at the wear and tear that had not been kept up with over the last few years. We still enjoyed our vacation though.
