The house met my needs, however could have used a good cleaning. There was at least an inch of dirt on the ceiling fan blades. House is worn and weathered. Things were broken and you could tell that a band aid was put on to hold it together. example, dishwasher tray, rubber mat on the steps came off (this is a real hazard), beach cart was broken. The worst part of my week for me and my family was the owner upstairs. They did everything they could to make enough noise from 6AM to way after midnight. We weren't there but an hour and he managed to tell my granddaughter were to put our things and to make sure they weren't on his side. I said hello and he just stared at me. Very unpleasant and un welcoming. I will not rent this unit again.

We've stayed at this property for several years. It is always well maintained, clean and well furnished. It's obvious that the owner takes good care of the property.

I wish the house had a bigger front porch. It was quite narrow. Owners did not have containers to microwave in. Kitchen cabinets and microwave were taller then usual. I am only 5’1”. Decor was great, amenities were good, steps to unit were steep.

This was our second year staying here. Just perfect for our family. Everything we needed was right there. It's bright and airy and we just love the "beach" theme throughout the house. Of course the excellent weather we had added to a great vacation.

Beautiful spacious single family home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make this a great property to come and enjoy making memories with your family. Just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy a stroll to get some ice cream or get pick up food at the eateries close by. 34th st. park is down the street for kids to have fun along with tennis and basketball courts. Owner has cable TV in the living room, family room, and primary bedroom. They also have 3 additional televisions in other bedrooms to use if you bring your own streaming device to use.
