For the price this is a great rental, had some ant issues and the air conditioner in the one bedroom was full of water and would spit water out but we didn’t need to use that room. All and all it was another great time! Neighbors are friendly and remember you.

Construction was going on next to me!! I wasn’t informed! That was so unpleasant on my vacation!!! I’m trying to get away from construction Ian’s noise and dirt from The city. Ruined vacation! We left early and went home. 😡

This was a new property for us and we were very pleased- it's better than the pictures! The updates were well done but kept the cottage feel.very clean!
There was a bit of late night noise form children upstairs but they left after the weekend. We'll plan to rent here again. We appreciate the pet friendly policy. I've rented from Berger in the past.

Clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were recently updated. It was a four block walk to the beach, the neighbors were friendly and it was close to some good areas to walk our dog.

Our rental was in the perfect location! The house was awesome with some EXCEPTIONS: Mattresses were uncomfortable, front storm door would not completely close, futon was extremely dirty, shower curtains in both baths had mold. For these reasons, I would not rent this particular unit. It was a pleasure dealing with our agent, Jeff Thompson.
