The top level master suite and 2nd level junior master suite both have a 55" Samsung 4K UHD TV and our open floor living room area has a 65" Samsung 4K UHD TV. The other bedrooms are equipped with 43 inch Samsung HDTVs and one has a 28 inch Samsung HDTV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with ultra fast high-speed WIFI and full coverage throughout the property! The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and a breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10-12 people and the oversized living room has 2 three-seat sofas (w/pull out sleeper bed in one of them) and 2 comfortable, swivel accent chairs. Great Ocean City location for a fun filled family vacation. Property is located a block from the beach/boardwalk between the Music Pier and Wonderland Pier. Don't worry about moving your car - just park, everything is a short walk - 8th Street or 9th Street for the restaurants and Asbury Avenue for shopping. Bike rental is around the corner or bring your own. The garage is perfect for parking your car or just safe keeping your beach gear and bikes. Condo lay-out: Master Bedroom with King bed, ceiling fan and full bath tub/shower combo and has access to rear covered patio with lounge chairs. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and access to same patio where you get a glimpse of the boardwalk and ocean. The 3rd bedroom is especially for children with a single/single bunk bed and double futon. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD combo. Hall bath is a full bathroom with tub\shower combo. Full size washer and dryer. Living room area has a ceiling fan and a full sectional couch with recliners at both ends with a pull-out double sleeper. The Entertainment center has numerous board games, card games, jigsaw puzzles, books, and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, and appliances. The island in the kitchen has 2 seats and the dining area can seat 8 people. There are 9 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, with carpeting in the bedrooms. The front covered patio has a conversation area with 2 wicker couches. On the other side, you can dine at the table and enjoy the ocean. The enclosed shower is located at the back of the house. You will need to provide towels and linens. Owners constantly maintain the property through-out the year and the unit is always kept fresh and as clean. PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED. There are two off street parking spaces for your use. The City is always busy planning events for the seasons and there is always something special going on.
