Loved the home. Only problem a lot of noise above us as well as upstairs people squeezing in too many cars in driveway making it very difficult to walk through with beach chairs, etc.

The properties that we rented (1127 & 1129 Wesley Ave.) were excellent and very well stocked. While there, we experienced a 1 hour power outage, and realized that having flashlights available would have been very helpful. Thankfully, the outage was brief and occurred in early evening while there was still daylight. Overall, the properties were wonderful!

Gorgeous 2nd Floor Condo completed in 2021 that is a block and a half from the beach, boardwalk and Downtown area.  This brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath 2nd floor condo with elevator has all of the latest amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.  4 of the 5 bedrooms have entrances directly to a bathroom.  

You will be welcomed into the property by utilizing the private entrance with an indoor staircase leading you right into the spacious and bright Great Room.  The large and well appointed kitchen boasts of new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry including a large pantry.  There is seating for 8 at the dining room table with 4 more seats at the enormous kitchen island.  The expansive covered porch also offers excellent opportunity for outdoor dining or serves as the perfect place to relax and unwind.  Another setting for relaxation includes the rooftop deck where you can bask in the sunshine, grab glimpses of the ocean or enjoy an evening nightcap as the sun sets.

The attached garage serves as 1 of the 2-3 off street parking spots and has direct entry into a private foyer.  After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower which also has separate, direct access to the private foyer.  So park your car for the week and walk wherever your heart desires.  The options and memories are endless.
