The location was great and having the 4th bedroom was necessary for our growing family. Unfortunately the place was not very clean. The ceiling fans were not clean and there was dust from them all over the walls. Additionally, the AC did not work very well. It was always running, but the unit never got very cool. It was a very warm week, but this left our large group a little miserable at times - especially the bunk bed room. Because of the bunks, there were no blades on the ceiling fan, so that was a waste; plus there was no register on the floor and it never got cool in there as a result. Lastly, there was an issue with the parking. The place advertised 2 off street parking spots, but you only got what was in the garage. The second spot in front of the garage was illegal (per the parking authority) because it blocked the sidewalk. We parked on the street and just parked the driveway in, but it was not 2 off street spots.

There were multiple maintenance issues with the property. The Dishwasher was broken, the exhaust fan and light in the Master Bath was not working, There were lights that were burned out. The blinds in front of the sliding doors were in poor condition. The front sliding doors were hard to open. There were a lot of nice things about the property as well. We liked both porches and the number of beds. Overall we had a very good time.
