We've been renting in OCNJ for over 20 years and rented houses all over the Island. 607 Ocean Ave - 1st floor is a beautiful rental. This is our second year in a row renting from Jim and we will continue to do so. The house is very lovely and clean. The amenities are second to none!

The house was recently renovated and was very cozy. The owner met us at the property upon check-in and he was very courteous. We had a front porch to enjoy along with a back deck and grill. This 3-bedroo 2-bath was just the perfect size and location for my family!! We will definitely consider booking again in 2023!
