This 1st floor condo features costal decor and is located on the beach block of 9th Street, just steps from the beach and boardwalk - making it desirable and affordable for your familys vacation needs. It is conveniently located off the island's 9th Street Causeway which allows for a fun-filled vacation where you can park and walk. Playland's Castaway Cove and the Ocean City Waterpark are steps away. Two miles of boardwalk shops and eateries are right outside your door. Local restaurants including Manco and Manco's Pizza, Yianni's, Ocean City Coffee Co., Bungalow Bowls, The Hobby House Ice Cream Parlor, the ACME supermarket and many more eateries right nearby. For more fun, just walk under the boardwalk to access Ocean City's award-winning beaches or check out the concert series at the Music Pier that showcases the beautiful music of the orchestra as well as special guest appearances from critically acclaimed entertainers (check their web site to see when they will open).
The condo offers three bedrooms for your comfort including a Master Suite with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The condo also includes an enclosed outside shower on the ground level for showering after the beach. A front porch features a dining table with seating for four and two club chairs so you can relax and take in the sights and sounds of the beach. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, tvs and closet space and bureaus for extra storage.
The main living space is an open concept with living room, kitchen and dining area that are designed to accommodate and optimize your family time! The living room is spacious with comfortable seating, a large smart TV and two full sized sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pots and more. All cookware, dishes, and cutlery are included. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a dining table that accommodates 8 people.
