- Parking spaces were randomly numbered, making it hard to find the right one, and were also too narrow.
- There was a urine smell in the master bath and coming from the air conditioners.
- Would be nice to have more comfortable indoor seating; there was just a couch and some uncomfortable dining-room chairs.

The apartment was exceptional; however, we are 75 yrs old and were on the 4th floor. The elevator broke down every day we were there. I am too old to lug a week's stay of supplies and clothing up and down to the 4th floor.
