An old Ocean City charmer, this unit is for the person that doesn't need a lot of amenities. There is a washer but no dryer, 1 lg. a/c unit. It is close to the 14th Street beach and boardwalk. Walk or bike to everything Ocean City has to offer, like our unique shops and eateries on Asbury, the family friendly boardwalk and amusement rides, the Music Pier. Or take a drive and in less than 30 minutes you could be in Atlantic City, Sea Isle City, Wildwood, or even Cape May.

Location, location, location. It can't be beat. This rental has the old time feel of a true down the shore experience. We've rented here about 5 times. The price is right and the owners are very welcoming.

Pros: best location, large porch with peek of the ocean, very clean, friendly homeowner, ample indoor dining for 6, reasonable rates
Cons: mattress could use update, no air conditioning in bedrooms, one small TV with sound issue
Pros totally outweigh the cons and we come back year after year. We love our OCNJ week!

Older property but extremely clean and well appointed. The location can’t be beat. Sure, we wish the beds were larger and more comfortable, but we sleep well and look forward to our trip each year. We’re happy repeat repeat renters.

Very clean and well maintained. Not the most comfortable beds or modern updates but a repeat rental for us, regardless. The location is ideal and we love the big balcony.

We absolutely loved our week at OC in our vacation rental! We will definitely be booking with you again, most likely the same unit. My only 2 concerns are parking and the sofa bed. Is there a better way to park while renting in 14th St? The meters get expensive and the street parking is kinda cutthroat. Also please consider replacing the sofa bed or at least the mattess. It is really worn out and uncomfortable. I can sleep on anything, but I could not on this bed. Otherwise I am already looking forward to next year! Thank you so much Berger Realty and Dawn!!!
