A large south-facing 2nd floor deck is perfect for enjoying sun rise coffee or sunset refreshments. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioner and fan. The well-stocked efficiency kitchen/living area includes fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioner, 40in Roku TV and wifi. There is a brand-new enclosed outdoor shower (shared with 1st floor) for after-beach rinse and covered storage area for stowing beach gear beneath the steps.

Enclosed patio and large grass yard are perfect for family meals and relaxing after the beach. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioner and fan and the air-conditioned den has a twin and trundle to sleep 6 comfortably. The well-stocked kitchen includes fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The separate living room has 44in Roku TV and wifi. In addition to a full bath there is a small powder room with washer and dryer off the porch and an enclosed outdoor shower (shared with 2nd floor) for after-beach rinse as well as a covered storage area for stowing beach gear beneath the steps. Small dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ($200 cleaning fee for the week will be added for any dog approved to stay.) 

First and Second floor can be rented together if both are free for larger family/group stays.
