Wonderful ocean and boardwalk expanse views. Very easy beach access. Property has elevator- would be better if tenants have access to it for cargo unloading and steps avoidance to 2nd floor.

Beautiful...breathtaking views. Really enjoyed our stay. Few things to add would add a little character to the home. Granted, the views make it all worth it but a little more character to the home. Making it feel homely i guess is the word. We would definitely rent the house again for 2023.

We love the location of the house and it was the second time we stayed there. As I said, the location is amazing as is the outdoor deck. The indoors could use some upgrades though. The king size bed is like sleeping on concrete, the TVs are small and there are only two of them. The living room furniture is not overly comfortable. With all that being said, we really do like the house and would rent it again. As for the bed, they could add a foam mattress topper and it would make a world of difference!

We needed the chair-lift that had been removed during COVID, so we will be looking for a new completely handicapped rental for Summer 2022

We loved the house we stayed in! It was a great location and we absolutely loved the deck and the rooftop deck( in the evening). The elevator was a little scary, but it was a huge help to carry things upstairs. We also had my 82 year old mother in law with us, so it was necessary. We are considering renting the same house or a different one next summer. I was very impressed with the check in and and check out procedures! Well done!

Love Ocean City. Love Berger Realty. If I am ever in a position to buy a place there, will come to you. I have been coming to OC for about 40 years. It has certainly changed in that time! Love riding bikes on the boardwalk, love the fresh air, love the beach and the ocean.
