Well kept rental only 2 improvements suggested.There was a urine odor in bathroom which appeared clean..needed to buy a room deodorizer.Tvs were sub standard..one in bedroom wS very old.Poor quality picture on both.

This beach block condo sleeps 12 of your family and friends and features a shared pool for the end of your beach days.  With three floors, there is a living area on the ground floor as well as the 2nd floor which includes a kitchen and dining area for your guests. With a bathroom on every level, families can be divided throughout the property with plenty of privacy and room to relax or grab a nap. Just a 1/2 block to the beach and boardwalk you can park your  3 cars for the week and walk to everything.

This lovely unit is decorated so that you feel like you are at the beach!  The unit has a family room, kitchen, bath and bedroom.  It is located on the second floor across from the elevator and just a few steps away is the common deck and laundry room.  Across from the 1st floor lobby is your parking space, the pool and the outside shower.  The ramp to the boardwalk is  few steps away offering restaurants, stores and much more. The beach is across the boardwalk and the water park is across the street.
