The front deck features an electric retractable awning and is situated on a quiet block and a back deck off the rear bedrooms.  Retreat to the spacious rooftop deck oasis to see and hear the sound of the ocean. The rooftop deck also features two options for accent lighting. Outside shower is fully tiled and features hot and cold water with shower rain head and cold water hose for cleaning up. There are two off street parking spaces with our unit.
