The place was very clean and nicely decorated --beautiful floors! Sofa's were difficult to get out of and out of 6 seats in the living room, only two were able to view the TV. TV was very high on the wall so it hurt your neck if you were watching too long. As a home stager/decorator, I had a hard time refraining from moving furniture for better placement. They just had Samsung TV which was very limited with viewing options. Beds were uncomfortable, however, that seems to be par for the course on shore rentals. No garage storage for our chairs and umbrellas and no grill or Keurig--we brought our own. Great front porch and furniture!

Property was clean and short walk to the beach. Hot water was the only issue we came across while staying there. Cabinets were not well organized for cooking but we ate out most of the time. We also brought our own covers for the sofas to sit on.

House was very clean and spacious for our family. Great location! Bedrooms were well-equipped with dressers and good beds, kitchen had plenty of cookware. Our only issue was with the hot water all week. Inconsistent and we had to take several cold showers, which was not ideal.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location with its proximity to the beach is really convenient and the home with all of its amenities is truly great. Cynthia is a terrific agent and person. We met the owner, Donna, for the first time and had a lovely chat. We will be back again.
