Jeff was beyond fantastic, we plan to stay with him next year. The house however was disappointing, only one small a/c for the downstairs and a door fell off the hinge. No deck as advertised and the furniture covers were filthy. The furniture in the pictures were not the same when we got there, the electric tripped daily and not kid friendly.

The house is what we expected. We rented it because of the large yard for our dog. The grass was taller than my dog. That was unacceptable and the yard was not usable. I will not rent that property next year but will look at others. I do want a property where the grass is cut.

Nearby Properties

Owners take pride in offering this immaculately maintained and well stocked summer rental property. Kitchen cabinet and island renovation was completed in 2022 which also includes new stove and quartz countertops. Netflix, Amazon Prime and our extensive DVD collection  are available for those rainy days or family movie nights. Our book library is a great option for reading on the beach, too. The living area and front and back patio furnishings are always ready for lazy afternoon adult nap time or catching a few more rays. This property is centrally located for a short walk to the beach, downtown shopping/restaurants, athletic rec center/library and the boardwalk. Spend your money on rides, funnel cake and pizza instead of expensive boardwalk parking lot fees or worrying about finding street parking and feeding the meters. It's an easy stroll for young and old to where the action is in OCNJ! Owners provide king sheets for master bed if needed.
